Welcome to Aura HZ. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aura HZ mobile application (the "App") operated by Auraluxe Dev ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.

1. Medical Disclaimer (Crucial)

⚠️ Important Health Warning

Aura HZ is NOT a medical device. The audio frequencies, binaural beats, and isochronic tones provided within the App are for relaxation, meditation, and experimental purposes only.

Epilepsy Warning: Individuals with a history of epilepsy, photogenic seizures, or seizures should NOT use this App without consulting a physician.
Pacemakers: If you wear a pacemaker or have heart rhythm irregularities, consult a doctor before use.
Heavy Machinery: DO NOT listen to this App while driving, operating heavy machinery, or performing tasks that require full attention.
Not a Substitute: This App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

2. License & Usage

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You agree NOT to:

Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
Use the App for any commercial purpose or revenue-generating endeavor without our express written consent.
Distribute, lease, rent, or sublicense the App to any third party.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Auraluxe Dev.

The "Aura HZ" name, the "Smart Sweep" and "Neuro Pulse" algorithms, and the App logo are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws of India and foreign countries.

4. User Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

5. Purchases & Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis or via one-time purchase ("Paid Features").

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.
Refunds: Refunds are handled directly by Google Play according to their standard refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Auraluxe Dev be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this App.

You expressly agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
